Two Announcements
1- Check back tonight around 7:00 to see the updated Big Ten Power Rankings. Eric joins the three of us to rank the league’s best teams.

2-This weekend, we will start our newest feature, the addition of guest pickers every Saturday and Sunday of the season. We have some great guests lined up for the first week, make sure you see their Q&A and picks!

Game 1: Princeton vs Penn (5:00, ESPNU)

Nick: Penn—The Palestra is hands-down the coolest venue in college hoops. It is a major bucket list item for me.

Sam: Penn

Zach: Penn

Game 2: Iowa vs Maryland (7:00, FS1)

Nick: Maryland—Hawkeyes are the big tens most interesting, as they have played some games extremely well and have looked horrible in others. This inconsistency leaves Maryland with the ability to win this game on the road.

Sam: Maryland-- the Terps were on fire from 3 against OSU. If they keep that up, they have the chance to be one of the best teams in the country

Zach: Iowa- Maryland has won three in a row at Iowa but with the way the Big Ten has gone this year, I can’t trust anyone on the road

Game 3: Miami Ohio vs Buffalo (7:00, CBSSN)

Nick: Buffalo

Sam: Buffalo

Zach: Miami Ohio

Game 4: Quinnipiac vs Niagara (7:00, ESPN3)

Nick: Quinnipiac

Sam: Niagara

Zach: Quinnipiac

Game 5: IUPUI vs Wright State (7:00, ESPN3)

Nick: Wright State—The Horizon League is full of parity of the season, with the exception of the Raiders. Wright State is hands-down the best team in the Horizon League.

Sam: Wright State

Zach: Wright State

Game 6: UIC vs Northern Kentucky (7:00, ESPN2)

Nick: UIC—Jordan Blount and the Flames get a bi home victory.

Sam: Northern Kentucky

Zach: Northern Kentucky

Game 7: Monmouth vs Canisius (7:00, ESPN+)

Nick: Monmouth—Remember the epic bench mob team that got hosed in the NCAA Tournament selection?

Sam: Monmouth

Zach: Monmouth

Game 8: Rider vs Iona (7:00, ESPNU)

Nick: Iona— when in doubt, you’ve got to pick the team that won four straight league titles.

Sam: Rider

Zach: Rider

Game 9: Providence vs Butler (9:00, FS1)

Nick: Butler – The Bulldogs are one of the most surprising teams in the season so far. Kamar Baldwin is a truly elite player that is getting his chance to shine on the national spotlight. The favorites in the Big East at this point, Butler gets another win. Providence has been very surprising as well in league play, so I expect

Sam: Providence-- The Friars are hot to start Big East play since a disastrous start to the season. Ed Cooley’s bunch keeps it going with a big time W at “The Dunk”

Zach: Butler- Ok Butler, number six team in the country. A very quiet team that has climbed the ranks and could easily be undefeated, losing their only one game by one point. This has the potential to be a great game as I think Providence keeps it close at home.

Game 10: Akron vs Ball State (9:00, CBSSN)

Nick: Ball state – The Cardinals are off to a fiery start at MAC  play. This continues with a statement victory on the road in Akron.

Sam: Akron

Zach: Akron
