MSU Football: Kevin Wigenton Bolsters Offensive Line with 2021 Commitment

Mel Tucker has stated that he hopes to bring in offensive lineman that have NFL size and athleticism. The latest commit may just be able to check both of those boxes.

6-5/290 Guard Kevin Wigenton II announced that he would be attending Michigan State per his Twitter page.

Wigenton is a three-star commit from Princeton, NJ. He currently plays his high school football at The Hun School. Wigenton is the #1026 overall prospect in the country, and he is the 40th ranked offensive guard in the class. Within the state of New Jersey, Wigenton is ranked #24 amongst all players.

Wigenton chose the Spartans over other schools such as Indiana, Maryland, Pittsburgh and UCLA.

He is the fourth offensive commit in the class, and the second offensive lineman, joining OT Ethan Boyd. Overall, there are now eight commits in the 2021 class.
